This is BIG news, Einstein would be rolling in his grave to learn that you've disproved his wee little theory. So what is the correct formula if E=mc2 is wrong? You are apparently another person that either has never built one, or too stupid to build it correctly. Go back to your oil company. Many of us are tired of waiting on you and building them ourselves, making them work, and giving away the designs for free.

i am having good luck with unfiltered tap water at 2 amps in a cat litter size bucket overnight, then dump brown water and refresh and let it run all day

This is not a Stan Meyer replication. This is old fashioned electrolysis. Anyone can do it by applying a DC current to two or more electrodes. Using a pulse circuit improves efficiency, but this is still electrolysis. Stan Meyer configured his circuit to cause the electrodes to perform as a capacitor. Two amps is too much current leakage for a Stan Meyer's water fuel cell. If you can get high gas production at about half an amp, you have truly replicated Stan Meyer. Keep trying.

Hello, my work shows that the wight powder build up is actually ions/plasma/5th state of matter. They are of positive polarity. I assume you are running a negative cell? This drains the electrons creating these ions by stripping the atoms of there electrons, there are some ways of testing this, test the weight of your wight powder, it will lose weight well heating also the weight of the pan will lose wight, any thing these ions are connected too, they will gain weight well cooling as well.

I conditioned my tubes using lime (not juice) and got a good coating in about 4 sessions of 15 min each leaving to dry for 24 hrs between each session. Used about 1 table spoon per litre of water.

I have spoken to people in the past and the argument they gave here is that it would take too much energy to produce minimal energy. Ratio to produce would outweigh the product? If this is untrue based on your experiments, then why are we not able to see this in automobiles now? and in production?
