Very true. Although I just think they messed up with Dwight full stop. Gareth was just an awesome character, so well observed it was unbelievable, Dwight is just a cartoon.

I agree. It's those small touches that make it for me. The paused stares, the hand gestures, the uncomfortable silences all make it the classic show it is.
