Well you need to have Japanese Input installed and inplugged that's mean you need a Japanese Keyboard to work.

I'm learning Japanese, and can even type in Japanese on my keyboard, because I set my language options up for it, but how do I get my Install shield to read Japanese? I've tried getting Master of Epic, but the gray installation box cant read Japanese and just spits out random characters, and it cant read the data to install it. a little help?

It's not remind at Holic Online, this game it's awesome but it's really hard to register without any Japanese keyboard

You can only distribute 850 SP max. So it is important to know what do you exactly want to do with your character. You can become a Warrior Miner, Archer Mage Fisher, Tank Diver, Tailor Cook Summoner, Blacksmith PetTamer etc. It's up to you. Game is interesting if you have good language skills.
